(L-R) Alexandrea Davis, Steven Cartwright, Kathy Rose Clarke and MP North Eleuthera, Theo Neilly.

Four new sales associates have joined Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty, with the real estate power house increasing its presence in three islands.

Joining the sales team in Nassau are:

  • Alexandrea Davis, a former CPA with Ernst & Young and former CFO of CIC Energy (Bahamas) Limited.
  • Steven Cartwright, a business consultant who in the last year and a half helped launch and market two restaurants here in Nassau.
  • In Eleuthera, Theo Neilly, the Member of Parliament for North Eleuthera, pushes the total number of sales associates in that island chain to six.
  • In Long Island, Kathy Rose Clarke, a Coldwell Banker veteran, joins her sister, Jeannette Knowles, at the Mangrove Bush office. Kathy Rose specialised in vacation rentals, long term rentals and sales during her 13 years with Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company in Key West, Florida.

Mike Lightbourn, president of Coldwell Banker Lightbourn Realty, said that in spite of the challenges the industry’s faced, he’s upbeat about the future of real estate in the country.

He welcomed the new agents to the Lightbourn Realty team.

“They have numerous contacts, drive and energy and love working with people. I look forward to working with them and I’m delighted to have them on board,” he said.
