On Sunday, June 5th, 2016, a small, but confident class of graduates from Windermere High School celebrated the end of their high school careers and the beginning of the rest of their lives. With the theme, “A Generation Impacting the World”, Ivanna Ferguson, Errin Thompson, Brittany Ingraham (Salutatorian), and Naaman Rolle (Valedictorian) walked across the stage to accept their high school diplomas. Teachers in each class subject also recognized the top performers during the year, and Salutatorian, Naaman Rolle claimed the title spot in most of them. Pastor Henry Knowles of the Bahamas Conference of the Methodist Church was the guest speaker during the commencement, and drawing from the theme, charged the four graduates with insights and examples of how they could go on in life to make an impact in their world.
