(Eleuthera, Bahamas) – Employees at The Cove Eleuthera, the five-star property nestled in between two breathtaking coves in Gregory Town, were treated to a special Staff Appreciation and Family Fun Day this past Friday, October 14th, 2016, following cleanup and preparation efforts ahead of the resort opening once again to the public for business on Sunday, October 16th.

Human Resources Manager at The Cove, Jewel Edwards, explained, “At The Cove, we experienced minimal damage, mostly landscaping which has been cleaned up nicely by our team. We had some roof damage which has been addressed and will not affect operations.”

Ms. Edward, lauding her team, continued, “Our staff is to be commended for working hard and pulling together to clean up the property, and we are grateful as it could have been worse…  We simply wanted to show our appreciation to the staff for their hard work… and just to say thanks to our team.”

From 3pm to 6pm on Friday, the family fun included eats, and treats, with cotton candy and a colorful bouncy castle by the beach.  The fun continued later into the evening with an adults party.

The children of staff were treated to a Bouncy Castle on the lawn of the beautiful beach front at The Cove.
