(Eleuthera, Bahamas) – Police in Eleuthera are investigating the island’s second road traffic fatality within a week.  According to authorities, police received a report of a traffic accident  on the airport road in Lower Bogue, north Eleuthera, sometime around 6:20pm on Friday, April 1st, 2016. Officers responded and discovered a silver Mitsubishi Mirage car overturned in bushes off of the western side of the road and the lifeless body of a dark male clad in a red shirt with blue jeans on the inside. The male who was the driver and lone occupant of the vehicle was examined by the local doctor and pronounced dead. Investigations thus far suggest that the deceased who was travelling north at the time, lost control of the vehicle and overturned into nearby bushes.

He was identified as Romeo Bain, an  adult male formerly of Harbour Island, and  a resident of Upper Bogue.
