Police on Friday, October 2nd, 2015 were alerted at around 6:30pm to a fire at Holiday Beach road in Gregory Town. A wooden structure owned by a Haitian national who is known to be currently in Haiti was ablaze. The fire was extinquished by police and volunteer fire fighters, but not before the structure was completely destroyed. Authorities confirmed that the cause of the fire is unknown at this time.
The structure was reportedly under renovation to become a music studio.
