There was a two car accident south of the Governor’s Harbour airport, which occurred shortly after 8 am on Friday, February 7th, 2014. One car involving a parent and children collided with another vehicle with a male driver. An ambulance was called to the scene, and transported at least one of the parties to the Governor’s Harbour clinic, however, reliable information indicated that injuries did not appear to be serious.
At the scene of the accident police lauded the fact that passengers involved in the accident were buckled in their seats, which played a part in this incident not becoming a tragedy.
