(Eleuthera, Bahamas) Eleuthera recorded its fourth traffic fatality in February 2013, with the sad passing of the mother of the 15month old infant who died at the scene of a single car accident on Wednesday February 20th, 2013 in Rock Sound, South Eleuthera. Lakeisha Rolle was one of three people, including two infants, who were airlifted to New Providence in serious condition following the collision of the Nissan Sentra they were passengers in, with a utility pole.
According to authorities, the mother of the deceased 15 month old twin, Keiron Dorcent, also passed at 2:28pm, Sunday February 24th, 2013, four days subsequent to the tragedy.
The other two adults in the vehicle were Paulette Pratt and Rosetta Hunt.
Paulette Pratt, the mother of Lakeisha Rolle, was the driver of the car involved in the crash, and was seen by the local doctor before being released and referred.
Rosetta Hunt was also treated locally and discharged at the clinic.
The remaining two children involved in the accident, twin brother Keithen Dorcent and Tramecio Carey, both grandchildren of Paulette Pratt, are reported to be in stable condition.
