With Eleuthera’s Chris Brown on the first leg, the Bahamas men’s 4x400m relay team captured gold for the country on Friday afternoon at the XXX Olympics in London. It is the first gold medal for the country in this event and the FIRST medal for team Bahamas in London. The men finished ahead of the Americans (16 time winners of this event) in a time of 2:56.72.
