Member of Parliament for South and Central Eleuthera and also the Minister of State for Legal Affairs, Hon. Damian Gomez, has provided an update on what he describes as his, “… stewardship thus far and the beginning of the delivery of promises made during my campaign.”

According to his statement, to-date 13 jobs have been provided for constituents – no names provided. 

The MP also went on to make significant annoucements:

  1. Plans are in place to start the construction of a Mini-Hospital in the constituency.
  2. Plans are in place to refurbish the dock facility in Rock Sound with regular dredging.
  3. Plans are in place for the completion of the extension to the Emma E. Cooper Primary school.
  4. The Workers House building will be purchased by RBPF for a headquarters for police in Eleuthera.

Minister  Gomez says this is in keeping with promises made during his campaign.

“By the grace of God I will continue to realize on the promises made, especially in the area of job creation. I remain our humble servant”, he concluded.
