(Deep Creek, Eleuthera) – The South Eleuthera community of Deep Creek held its annual Conch Festival on the labour day weekend, May 30th – June 2nd, 2012. The event was very well attended and weather played its part in allowing the big crowds to stay dry and enjoy plenty of food and entertainment. Funky D was the main attraction on Saturday night and he did not disappoint, getting locals and visitors, children and adults to wine, shake and jook!
