Exuma police were called to Prime Cay after human remains were found in the area. According to police reports around 8:10 pm on Saturday 2nd June, 2012 officers at George Town Police Station acting on information went to Prime Cay, in the Exuma Chains where they discovered skeletal remains with what appeared to be a rope around the neck.
At present police are unable to say the gender of the victim. Active police investigations continue.
