Update October 20th: Wanted suspect Avon Higgs turned himself into officers at the Central Detective Unit (CDU) on Friday 18th October 2013. Higgs who was accompanied by an attorney is wanted by Detectives at CDU for questioning reference to Fraud. The Royal Bahamas Police Force takes the opportunity to thank the members of the general public for their continued cooperation and support. Original story October 17th: Harbour Island / Stapledon Gardens man wanted by police for FRAUD
Police are requesting the public’s assistance in locating 25 year old AVON HIGGS of HARBOUR ISLAND and STAPLEDON GARDENS for questioning reference to FRAUD.
Higgs is described as being of a brown complexion, medium built and 5’ 9” in height.
