(RBPF Release) – An overnight shooting at a club on 7th Street resulted in five (5) people being shot. The incident reportedly occurred around 9:00 pm on Thursday 01st August, 2013.
Preliminary reports indicate that four (4) of the victims ages, 37, 33, 28 and 22 years, were inside a club on 7th Street off Robinson Road when a dark male, about 5’ 6” tall, wearing a black and white jacket entered the establishment and fired gunshots.
It is also reported that as the culprit fled the establishment, he fired gunshots which resulted in the fifth (5) male, age 41 years being shot.
Two (2) of the victims were treated and discharged; however three (3) of the males remain in hospital where at present their conditions are unknown.
Police are actively investigating and appealing to members of the public who may have any information that can assist police in locating the suspect, who fled the area in a black Honda vehicle, driven by a second male to contact them anonymously.
