Police wish to inform that 41 year old MODESTA COLEBROOKE of LEMON STREET, YELLOW ELDER GARDENS is in police custody. COLEBROOKE was arrested around 9:00pm pm on Monday 22nd July, 2013 after being shot by police, at Yellow Elder Gardens. On Tuesday 12th March, 2013 police issued a wanted bulletin for the suspect who was on bail reference to Unlawful Sexual Intercourse and for violating his bail conditions. **BODY RETRIEVED FROM WATERS @ POTTERS CAY DOCK**
The decomposed body of a female was retrieved from waters at Potters Cay Dock on Monday 22nd July, 2013. According to reports around 3:10 pm officers of the Potters Cay Dock Police Station were informed of the discovery. The body which was in the advance stage of decomposition was retrieved by police along with divers from a nearby vessel. Active police investigations continue.
**LONG ISLAND POLICE INVESTIGATES TRAFFIC FATALITY**
Police at Long Island are investigating a traffic accident which has left a man dead. The accident reportedly occurred around 8:00 pm on Monday 22nd July, 2013 at Clarence Town. Preliminary reports indicate that the deceased, a Caucasian male, was driving a red 2005 Toyota IST on Queens Highway, when he lost control and collided into a utility pole. The driver reportedly received serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene by the local doctor. Active police investigations continue.
