(Nassau, Bahamas) Police have identified the man shot and killed at Dignity Gardens on Wednesday 22 May, 2013 as 21 year old  DWIGHT RHODEIRO SMITH of  EXCELLENCE  ESTATES.

According to reports around 6:00 pm the deceased was standing near a home in the  Haitian Village when he was approached and subsequently shot to the upper body by a male. He was taken to hospital where he succumbed to his injuries.

The second male shot and killed on Wednesday 22 May, 2013 has been identified as  42 year old JAVON SINDAR GLINTON of CORDEAUX AVENUE. According to reports around 9:44 pm the deceased was standing in front of a home on Cordeaux Avenue when he was approached by the occupants of a silver vehicle.

It is reported that  a male exited the vehicle and fired gunshots which resulted in the deceased being shot to the upper body. He was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS
personnel. Police are questioning two (2) people, a 24 year old Bahamian male and a 32 year old  female, believed to be a Jamaican national in connection with this incident.

Active police investigations continue.
