On Wednesday 23rd January 2013, around 7:45pm, there was a report of a police shooting incident in the Mudd Community, Abaco.
Reports are that officers while on special duty police operation were involved in a shooting incident with a 35 year old male resident of Abaco, which resulted in the death of the individual.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene by the local doctor in Abaco.
This matter is under active police investigation.
