(Harbour Island, Bahamas) – The Royal Bahamas Police Force in Eleuthera in cooperation with the Department of Social Services are conducting investigations into two reports of unlawful sexual intercourse. Earlier this week thirteen (13) people, were arrested and questioned as suspects in relation to both sad cases, which involved the assault of the two minor females, inclusive of a reported pregnancy.
Five (5) of the thirteen (13) suspects are set to be arraigned in court in Governor’s Harbour on Monday, October 3rd, 2016, formally charged with unlawful sexual intercourse. The remaining eight (8) suspects have been released, pending ongoing investigations.
