Rotaract Club of Eleuthera and the Rotary Club of Eleuthera donate vitamins and informational books to clinics on the island for expecting mothers.

(Eleuthera, Bahamas) – December is Disease Treatment and Prevention month on the Rotary and Rotaract calendar. To do their part in supporting healthy mothers and healthy pregnancies, Rotaract and Rotary Clubs of Eleuthera decided to donate prenatal vitamins and pregnancy informational books for expecting mothers on Eleuthera.
Rotaract’s President Kenwood Cartwright and Rotary’s President Juanita Pinder presented these items to the Health Association of Eleuthera and South Eleuthera Emergency Partners.
The nurses were delighted to receive these items which will go to clinics on Eleuthera to assist expecting mothers.
Rotaract is a service club for young men and women ages 18 to 30 who are dedicated to community and international service. They are looking to recruit other young professionals ages 18-30 who are aligned with the vision of “Fellowship through Service”.
