The annual Christmas Junkanoo in Eleuthera was held on the evening of December 25th in Tarpum Bay. The event featured three groups which included hosts, Tarpum Bay, and visiting groups from Hatchet Bay and North Eleuthera (inclusive of Gregory Town). Due to costume damage caused by rain, the competition aspect of the event was cancelled, however, groups displayed their festive color and spirits with vigour for the mixture of locals and tourists who were out on the night.
