Coral Harbour Base, 29 July 2015 (RBDF): Acting on intelligence seven Cuban males aboard a makeshift vessel were intercepted by the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Patrol craft P-128 approximately one mile west of West End, Grand Bahama shortly after 9 a.m. today.
At about 8 a.m. this morning, the Royal Bahamas Defence Force Base was alerted on a sighting of suspected Migrants aboard a makeshift vessel in the vicinity of West End. The migrants were subsequently apprehended and transported to Freeport where they were handed over to Immigration authorities.
