(Eleuthera, Bahamas) – Happening in Eleuthera this weekend at two fantastic events that may not have had the pre-event hype that they fully deserve. In Bannerman town, as far south in Eleuthera as a township can be found, the park was alive on Friday night with the sounds of DJ Sno and then a good performance by entertainer Geno D, who with his cadre of Bahamian Music and smooth oldies, had the toes tapping and smiles beaming. Its a nice atmosphere for a homecoming and on Saturday, the lovely sounds of Veronica Bishop are expected to echo out among the crowd who on Firday night included people from at least a 40 mile radius north of the happenings.
Also starting on Friday and continuing into Saturday is the Junkanoo Summer Festival in Harbour Island!

Meanwhile, passing through Governor’s Harbour on Friday night, the street was the sccene of this spontaneous group of dancers out at the Fish Fry at Anchor Bay!
