(New Providence, Bahamas) – Police are requesting the public’s help in solving a shooting incident that has left a man dead on Thursday
2nd January 2014. According to reports, shortly before 8:00pm, the deceased was standing in front of his residence located at Taylor Street off East Street, when the occupants of a champagne coloured vehicle pulled up and fired several shots at him before speeding off. The deceased received multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.
Investigations are ongoing.
Police are appealing to anyone with information regarding this shooting, no matter how small or insignificant (the tip) may seem, to anonymously call Police at 919 or CRIME STOPPERS at 328-TIPS (8477) (New Providence) or 1-242-300-8476 (Family Islands)
