Voter Registration and Issuing of Voter’s Cards
Central Eleuthera:
Please be advised that Voter Registration and Issuing of Voter’s Cards will be carried out as follows:
- Savannah Sound – Resource Center – Monday, March 13th, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm
- Palmetto Point – Emma E. Cooper Primary School – Tuesday, March 14th, 2017 from 5:00pm to 8:00 pm
- Governor’s Harbour – Administrator’s Office – Wednesday, March 15th, 2017 from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm
Issuing of Voter’s Cards only will be carried out as follows
- Gregory Town – Jury Bar Hall – Monday, March 13th, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm
- Hatchet Bay – P.A. Gibson Primary School, Hatchet Bay – Tuesday, March 14th, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm
- James’ Cistern – James’ Cistern Primary School – Wednesday, March 15th, 2017 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm
Persons applying to register to vote must prove that they are citizens of The Bahamas and that they are of full age and are not subject to any legal incapacity: and they have resided in a particular constituency for at least three months.
South Eleuthera:
The Administrator’s Office of the South Eleuthera District announces that as of Monday, March 6th, 2017, Voter’s Cards that are ready for distribution may be collected from:
- The Administrator’s Office (Rock Sound) during regular office hours (Monday – Friday – 9 am to 4:30 pm)
- During evening and Saturday registration (As listed in the schedule below):

- Saturday, March 18th – The Market Place, Rock Sound – 11 am to 3 pm
- Monday, March 20th – Waterford Administrative Complex – 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Tuesday, March 21st – Tarpum Bay Township Office – 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- Thursday, March 23rd – Rock Sound Township – 5 pm to 7 pm
- Saturday, March 25th – DD’s Variety Store, Tarpum Bay – 10 am to 3 pm

Spanish Wells:
Registered Voters in Polls 4, 5, and 6 of the North Eleuthera Constituency (Spanish Wells) can now collect their Voter’s Cards from the Spanish Wells Administrator’s Office during normal office hours.
