Under the Patronage of the Governor General, Her Excellency the Most Hon. Dame Cynthia Pratt, and Minister of Youth, Sports and Culture, the Hon. Mario Bowleg, the Division of Culture held a National Junkanoo Legends Circle Induction Ceremony at Government House, February 17th, 2026. Kennedy Randolph Scavella of the Hatchet Bay ‘Village Boys’ was one of the 23 Junkanoo Legends inducted. He is shown standing 6th from left – back row.
