Newly appointed non-resident High Commissioner of The Bahamas to India, H.E. Mr. Lowell J. Mortimer, O.B.E. presented his Credentials to the President of India, Shri Pranab Mukherjee at Rashtrapati Bhavan on April 30, 2015.
