Police need the public’s help in locating 30 – year old Nathaniel Higgs of Upper Bogue, Eleuthera who was reported missing by a family member on Monday 25th August 2014. Higgs who was last seen in Upper Bougue, Eleuthera on Sunday 10th August 2014 is described as a brown male of a slim build and about 5’ 11” in height.
