Spanish Wells, Eleuthera, Bahamas – The Eleuthera Junior Baseball League of Rock Sound played week #6 games in Spanish Wells. In game #1 – Coach Pitch Division, the Rock Sound Coco Plums out defeated the new comers Tarpum Bay Mosquitoes in their second game by the score of 13 to 1. The Mosquitoes are showing great improvement so far.
In game #2 – Junior Division – the Rock Sound Marlins blanked the Tarpum Bay Tarpons 24 to 0 to keep their record perfect at 4 and 0. The winning pitcher was Larry McSweeney with four strike outs, and the losing pitcher was Jaden Carey.
In game # 3– Junior Division – the Spanish Wells Sting-Rays ran their record to 3 and 1 by blasting the Tarpum Bay Tarpons 15 to 4. The winning pitcher was Payden Newbold, and his team mate Landon Sweeting went 3 for 3.
