The Eleutheran has learned that Thorn Higgs of Harbour Island, Eleuthera turned himself in to the police residence in Lower Bogue, at about 1:30pm on August 20th, 2013. Supt. of Police Ismella Davis issued special thanks to the public for their assistance in this matter.
The Wanted Bulletin originally released is below:
Police are requesting your assistance in locating 22-year old THORN HIGGS of HARBOUR ISLAND, ELEUTHERA. Higgs is described as having a dark complexion, slim build, 140 pounds, and stands at 5’ 8” tall.
Police want to question Higgs reference to Burglary, Forcible Detention and Causing Harm
