The Rotary Club of Eleuthera, on Thursday night October 4th, 2012, inducted the largest number of members (at one time) ever! It was an exciting night for the club and its president Jacquie Gibson who shared that the event came on the heels of the Eleuthera club winning “Club Of The Month” for the entire 7020 (Caribbean) District.
Inductees on the evening included:
- Robert Hall – General Manager (BEC Eleuthera)
- Supt. Ismella Davis (RBPF) OIC Eleuthera and The Berry Islands
- Dr. David Sands (retired Pediatrician)
- Sue Culmer (OIC Audit Dept)
- Sharlene Rolle (Teacher at CEHS and coordinator for Interact club there)
- Audley Meadows (Contractor from Tarpum Bay)
- Arlene Clarke (retired BTC manager for Abaco) – transfer of membership

President Gibson Shared “We are really on the move, Rotarian Kathy Coleman started the yoga classes recently for the children at the Exceptional Learners School and she has reported a heightened level of excitement and interest from both students and staff. We are hoping to continue this initiative on Mondays at 11am.”
