(Hatchet Bay, Eleuthera) – You are cordially invited to join in on The Event; “Hope for Holly” kicking off with a Family Fun, Run, Walk to raise awareness of Breast Cancer/ Cancer on the island of Eleuthera. Holly Dean is a native of Hatchet Bay, Eleuthera who has looked cancer in the face and fought. She finishes the last leg of her fight with surgery in October 2012.
Organizers would like you, your Church Group, School, or Community/Youth Group to join them on Saturday September 29th, 2012 and participate in The Event “Hope for Holly” Breast Cancer/Cancer Awareness Family Fun, Run, Walk “Down Seaside” in Hatchet Bay. The Event kicks off with registration at 8 a.m. “Down Seaside”, then it turns into a Family Fun Day with Ole Time Fun and Games after The Walk. The Event closes on Sunday with a church service in Hatchet Bay at St. Stephen’s Baptist Church.
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month. The objective of The Event “Hope for Holly” is to elevate Breast Cancer/Cancer Awareness on the island of Eleuthera by supporting Breast Cancer Awareness, wearing Pink, volunteering to raise awareness for Prevention, Testing, Early Detection, and a Cure. Organizers look forward to seeing you, your family, your neighbors, and your friends at The Event!
