(Eleuthera, Bahamas) – The 2015 Eleuthera Junior Junkanoo Parade was hosted once again in Governor’s Harbour, along the main Queen’s Highway thoroughfare, on the evening of Saturday, January 24th, 2015.  Four primary schools, one junior high school and three high schools showcased the country’s number one cultural tradition.  The evening was marked by colorful costumes, energetic music and dance performances, with participating schools all slated to perform two laps of their presentation.  Starting shortly after 5:30pm,  all of the schools got in their first laps, however, around 10pm a complete electrical blackout cut the evening short for some of the final high school rushouts.
