(Eleuthera, Bahamas) – POLICE are reporting the arrest of several people during operations conducted by the Eleuthera District on Friday 9th January 2015. Police who were seen with Immigration officials in Central Eleuthera on Friday, reported arresting 2 people for possession of dangerous drugs and 8 people for Breach of the Immigration Act.
Members of the Royal Bahamas Police Force’s Traffic Division in Eleuthera, were at a crossroad junction in Central Eleuthera on Friday stopping traffic and performing what was described as routine traffic stops. An immigration officer is seen in green with the blue vest.
