Eleuthera, Bahamas – Eleuthera’s 2014 IAAF World Relay Team, participating in the inter-island relay competition, received major sponsorship from nonprofit organization One Eleuthera Foundation (OEF) this year. Located in Tarpum Bay, Eleuthera the Foundation prides itself on supporting the youth of Eleuthera. “[We are] committed to the ongoing development of athletes and health and wellness in general,” said CEO Shaun Ingraham.
Valued at more than $5,000, support included accommodations, airfare, transportation, travel wear, water bottles and assistance for weekly training sessions.
As the 2014 One Eleuthera World Relay Team hits the track today, One Eleuthera Foundation, the island of Eleuthera and the families and friends of the runners and coaches wish all team members all the best during this weekend’s competitions.
