(Eleuthera, Bahamas) – Daddy Joes, a restaurant and bar, located just south of the famous Glass Window Bridge on Eleuthera, with room rentals available as well, celebrates its fifth year in 2013.  Owned and operated by Tiffany Johnson, Daddy Joes, has grown from being a bar nightspot, to a full-fledged restaurant and bar, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner, catering to visitors and locals.

Tiffany’s services also include catering to special events, group travel, weddings, event planning and more.  The property also features a clothing boutique, carrying the fashions of designer, Whitney Maro.

After a few bumps and growing pains during the first years of operation, Tiffany shared that the 2013 season has been her best yet.  She places great emphasis on having fresh, delicious food, and her staff serves up lots of warm and friendly customer service.  In fact, their motto is, “You come in as a guest, but you leave as family”.  This approach to service has yielded dividends in the property’s reviews, as Daddy Joes is currently ranked at #5 of 43 restaurants in Eleuthera on tripadvisor.com.

The menu at Daddy Joes is distinctly Bahamian with American and Continental options as well, carefully crafted by owner, Tiffany, and executed by one of the friendliest chefs on the island, Samuel Young.  On many evenings during the week dinner is served with live music and rake n’ scrape by talented local musicians.

A first for Daddy Joes this year will be a closure during the month of September for renovations.  Tiffany expressed that she will be refurbishing her rooms and available amenities.
