(RBPF Release, Nassau Bahamas) –  A 17-year old male and a 15-year old male are in custody, after police arrested them for armed robbery and possession of an unlicensed firearm on Saturday 8th September 2012. Police reports indicate, around 8:30pm the victim had just arrived at her Bellot Road residence, when a male suspect armed with a handgun approached her and robbed her of cash and two (2) cell phones. The male then fled on a bicycle. Moments later, officers from the Selective Enforcement Team arrested the two suspects in the area in connection with this incident. One of the suspects was found in possession of a handgun and a quantity of ammunition.
Police investigation continues.

POLICE INVESTIGATES ALLEGED DROWNING IN EXUMA
Police are investigating an alleged drowning of a man believed to be a US Citizen that occurred at Exuma, on Saturday 8th September 2012. According to police reports, shortly before 10:00pm the deceased was found unresponsive in waters at Exuma.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding this matter.

POLICE SEEK PUBLIC’S HELP IN SOLVING ARMED ROBBERY
Police are requesting the public’s assistance in capturing a male suspect responsible for an armed robbery that occurred on Saturday 8th September 2012. Police reports indicate, around 4:30pm a lone gunman approached two (2) employees at a Water Depot located on Marathon Road and robbed them of cash. The gunman then
fled on foot. Police investigations continue.
