Governor-General Her Excellency Dame Marguerite Pindling visited with 103-year-old Samuel Vincent Neely and also presented him with a gift at the St. Joseph’s Adult Day Care Centre, Tuesday, June 21, 2016.

Born on December 31st, the final day of the year in 1912, Mr. Samuel Vincent Neely lived in the Bluff, North Eleuthera at least up to his 101st birthday when The Eleutheran held an extensive talk with him. He is the oldest living native of The Bluff, Eleuthera.
