The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration of the Commonwealth of The Bahamas, the Hon. Fred Mitchell, has offered congratulations to Jamaica on the conduct of peaceful and orderly General Elections held 25th February, 2016, resulting in a successful win for Prime Minister, Andrew Holness.
He added that The Bahamas looks forward to working with the new Prime Minister and his administration and continuing to build on the strong relationship currently shared by the two nations.
He ended by saying, “Congratulations and best wishes to Jamaica and its newly elected Government.”
