(Eleuthera, Bahamas) – The annual Christmas Tree Lighting ceremony for the Central Eleuthera District is scheduled to be held on Wednesday, December 9th, 2015 at 6:00pm at the Administrative Complex in picturesque Governor’s Harbour. The general public is invited to attend the service.
According to the administrator for Central Eleuthera, Joseph Ferguson, bus transportation will leave Gregory Town at 5:00pm, Hatchet Bay at 5:15pm and James Cistern @5:30pm.
Refreshments will be on sale by the Governor’s Harbour Junkanoo Committee.
In Lower Bogue, North Eleuthera District, a Tree Lighting ceremony is scheduled to begin at 7pm.
