Patrons of the new ‘1648 Bar & Grille Restaurant’ at French Leave Harbour Village will enjoy spectacular harbour views.
(Eleuthera, Bahamas) – The luxurious 7.5 acre French Leave Harbour Village property, perched on a beautiful waterfront overlook at the northern approach as you enter Governor’s Harbour in Central Eleuthera, recently hosted an early evening pre-launch party for specially invited local and winter resident guests ahead of its’ official opening on December 15th, 2014.
The pre-launch was held at the coral stone Events Plaza on property in the commercial area of the resort which is also home to a fresh water swimming pool and hot tub, a fitness area (with state of the art equipment and memberships available to the public), a spa, gift shop, a wedding pavilion, an events lawn, and the much anticipated 1648 Bar & Grille Restaurant – with its breathtaking views of the Governor’s Harbour waterfront.
Guests at the pre-launch party enjoyed balmy evening breezes with fine food, along the gorgeous waterfront of Governor’s Harbour.
Eddie Lauth, CEO of Shaner Capital and partner in the project called Shaner Bahamas – marketed as the French Leave Harbour Village – confirmed that more than a dozen local staff have already been hired and are in place for the opening on the 15th.
French Leave Harbour Village opens with four waterfront cottages, boasting authentic Bahamian/English architecture and a sundrenched palate, drawing from the country’s antique heritage homes to include spacious indoor and outdoor living, and featuring the highest quality of construction materials with mineral treated concrete floors, African mahogany “Sapele” doors and shutters, copper gutters and downspouts, ROHL plumbing fixtures, stainless steel appliances and cedar shingle roofs.
Phase one for the French Leave Harbour Village is hoped to be completed in 2015, said Lauth, to include eleven cottages on the seafront as well as a number of cottages on the ocean side of the French Leave property, which spans an additional 260+ acres.
