(Nassau Bahamas) Cable Bahamas advised today, May 4th, 2013,  that a portion of their subscribers were without cable TV and Internet services on Thursday and Friday last week when critical equipment failed.

A total of 272 households in The Bluff, Lower Bogue, Palmetto Point, Savannah Sound and Tarpum Bay were affected by the interruption. All customers that were affected were contacted by phone to advise them of the issue, and that crews were working to restore services as quickly as possible.
