Sometime around 1:50 am on Sunday morning, November 10th, 2019, Police in Eleuthera received a report of a traffic accident on South Street, in Spanish Wells.
Upon the arrival of the Police at the scene, it was discovered that a red Honda Civic driven by a male had collided with a wall. The lone occupant was found unresponsive and was declared dead by the island’s resident doctor.
The accident victim was identified by the authorities as 30 year-old Frankie Symonette of Spanish Wells.
Police confirmed that a team of traffic fatality investigators were expected to arrive in Eleuthera on Monday, November 11th, 2019, to continue investigations into the incident.
