(Rainbow Bay, Eleuthera, The Bahamas) The Rainbow Inn Restaurant in Rainbow Bay, Central Eleuthera, opened its doors in mid-November, and held the first of many of their famous Pizza nights on Monday, November 20th – beginning the season with a bang.
The restaurant has built a completely new pizza oven, and expanded their renown Pizza Night to include two nights of the week – on Mondays and now Thursdays as well. Reservations are highly recommended.
There is great entertainment, with live music on Mondays, Thursdays and Saturdays and Rainbow Inn is also well known for its delicious steaks and fresh fish. Take out menus are now available, and liquor prices are excellent as well. In 2017, they received TripAdvisor’s Certificate of Excellence, and owners, Rhonda and Richard are very excited about the new season!
