NASSAU, Bahamas — The Bahamas continues to be a hit among affluent travelers who venture to the island chain in search of unique experiences and natural beauty. Nine resorts were featured on Condé Nast Reader’s Choice Awards. Condé Nast is a premier media company renowned for producing the high quality content for the world’s influential audiences.  Attracting more than 100 million consumers across its industry-leading print, digital and video brands, the company’s portfolio includes some of the most iconic titles in media: Vogue, Vanity Fair, Glamour, Brides, Self, GQ, GQ Style, The New Yorker, Condé Nast Traveler, Allure, Architectural Digest, Bon Appétit, Epicurious, Wired, W, Golf Digest, Golf World and Teen Vogue.

Over 300,000 travelers took part in the survey, submitting ratings and over 75,000 comments to create a list of favorite destinations.

“They chose tiny private islands in the tropics, small culture rich cities in Europe, and Intimate River cruises,” according to Conde Nast. “Most notably, they declared a passion for the authentic, the personalized, the unexpected—finding all three in both newcomers and stalwarts around the world.”

Kamalame Cay on Andros took the top spot as the best resort in The Bahamas, Bermuda and the Turks and Caicos Islands.
